A little help please.

This is what i am thinking of doing, i'm trying to transform the project L2 Arcadia into a GOD server, but i'm having some troubles with inserting the new packet's in the source, can someone guide me thru and help me do this? The l2 arcadia project is a very good base for a GOD project. Thank you in advance

PS: Sorry for speaking in english but i don't know russian.
