l2off.biz just a fucking scammer, no one deals with them.
I contacted the asshole "gerth.clause" on skype to buy Tauti and Hi5 files for 7000USD and I transfered 3500$ to his paypal account "clause@l2off.biz" for Tauti 1st.
We agreed that he will send me a protected password file and then he'll send the password when he gets the money from paypal to his card.
He sent the file and after few days he blocked me on skype.
