Скачал вот такой готовый сервер, сделал как полагается подключился, запустил, побегал, все вроде бы работает на первый взгляд, после того как прошелся по конфигам настраивая под себя, вот что стало выдавать окно загрузки ГС:
может кто расшифрует, а то я не в силах...

сам же отвечу на свой вопрос, проблема была в геодате, то ли не качественная, то ли не зашла, вобщем просто отключить не удалось, когда удалил - все загрузилось и работает... может ктото подскажет геодату под этот сервер, шара проекта lin2aden.ru почему то ссылка не отображается
