И как спавнить кота , т.к NPC с ID 31227 и 31228 у меня нету...

Залить базу custom_npc и заспавнить.

custom_npc залита в navicat, но таблицы пустые.

Импортируй файл added_custom_npc.sql, который лежит в \l2jfrozen\sql\customs

и будет тебе кот 31228
