See dump of engine.dll, posted in one of three threads Goddes of Destrution Development. This one contains strings of fileds, whos used in dat files. Types of fields you can see in hex editor like hex rays by analyzing headers and comparing with old versions of ddf. I think nobody on this forum do not share with you these DDF.

Also, you can try to find L2FileEdit by RusDev , perhaps it contains a ddf with a right structure.
