Раз тут такое дело )) в нужной папке создаем 1.txt - в ней пишем cmd сохраняем , переименовываем с расширением 1.bat клик и у нас уже папка выбрана в командной строке без мучения с CD ......

Всё, уже разобрался, просто удалил 1 часть батника:
echo 1-MySql Binaries
и до второй части установки логин сервера.
