PBlackout v1.9 Problem

Hi guys,
today I'm here to ask a help for all the people.

I'm working from about 2 years in Project Blackout (v1.15.9, like EpicPB) but I've a problem with HShield.

On windows xp, 7 and 8/8.1 work correctly but in Windows 10 the game start and he close after about 1 mintue without any error .
I'm pretty sure is a HShield problem.
There is anyone that can help me to remove the hshield or fix it?

In any case I have attach the PBlackout.exe to decrypt for anyone can help me.
