Some infos about UDP3?

Hi guys,
I need some quickly info about udp3.

First of all: when I receive the packet 3 I need send back packet 4 with slot 0xFF, but i need send it back to all the players in the battle or just to the sender?

And, for kill a player I need set his hp to 0?

Yes 04 to be sent to all.
Set hp of a player to 0 and send tcp PROTOCOL_BATTLE_DEATH_ACK packet.
