Дроп с босса

Здраствуйте опять.
Вот такая проблема.
Ставлю дроп с рб такой
Item id: 3909
Min: 1
Max: 1
category: 1 Обратите внимание, что ставлю 1 выпадает или 1 или 2 итема, ставлю 0 - не падает, ставлю -1 тоже не падает.
chance: 1000000

Падает рандомо 1 или 2 итема.
В чём ошибка?

да скоко я не ставлю у меня всё равно падает 2.

Kanabis, как думаешь, что помимо таблицы дроплиста может влиять на количество дропа?

Просто, когда я ставил такие же настройки на другой итем, всегда падал 1.
