Я должен извиниться за использование Google перевод русский язык, потому что это слишком сложно для меня.

Я скачал L2FileEdit Lindvior версии в последнее время и попытались редактировать Armorgrp.dat, но он не работает.

Вы можете увидеть ошибки, изображенное на рисунке:


Может кто поможет мне изменить файл DDF? Я уже загрузили их на следующий путь:

You may write in english. Well. Error says that programm couldn't create txt file. Maybe You started your programm at system dir and uac denied creating file. So start this programm at another drive.

yes~ I wrote them in English because I can't speak Russian language at all, since all the people speak Russian language here and the only thing I can do is to use google translator.
L2FileEdit can open other DAT files except this one and I don't know why..

May I know what is prying eyes?

Is there any tool can decrypt and encrypt it?
I even tried using HEX-editor to modify the decrypted DAT file and encrypt it back, but it did not work at all.

You can just go away, if it was encrypted - that for a reason - so noone would steal it.

What file you tried to open?

The file I tried to open is armorgrp.dat (Lineage II Lindvior client)

L2FileEdit Lindvior version can open other DAT files but failed on this one.

I also tried :
1. use L2_encdec v2.10.1 to decrypt the armorgrp.dat
2 use hex-editor to modify it, and encrypt it back by L2_encdec v2.10.1
3. Use the modified armorgrp.dat to execute L2, but it failed.

I have uploaded the armorgrp.ddf and armorgrp.dat in my first post.

You should use l2disasm. Example
l2disasm -ddf ddf\armorgrp.ddf armorgrp.dat.dec armorgrp.txt
