Сделал новый скил, который можно кастовать только на мобов.

в L2TargetType.java добавил.

в TargetHandler не зарегал
Человек просто обязан ошибаться, раз другие учатся на его ошибках .......

не проще использовать обычный таргет, и добавить кондишн?
