По чесноку, очень похоже на то что ты просто скопировал строку чейнджлога из svn хранилища )

Особенно комменты типа "Forgot to delete. It was for testing purposes.", "No need this.",... ("Забыл удалить. Это было в целях теста.", "Это не нужно.",...)
