Возникает бесконечная рекурсия:
movetolocation -> ai notify (arrived) -> movetolocation

Смотрите исходник, где-то косяк.

Такая ошибка может появится в ванильной l2jserver только если идет рассинхрон детектирования оффсета дистанции прибытия на место назначения в АИ и в MoveToLocation. Не думаю, что кто-то туда лазил и изменял это, поэтому маловероятно, что ошибка связана с этим.
Скорее всего моб застревает где-то, либо его атакуют игроки из такого места, куда моб не может пройти. В этом случае надо посылать сигнал АИ в moveToLocation через ARRIVED_BLOCKED, а в АИ переделывать onArrivedBlocked на функционал убирания агра с текущих целей и возвращения на хом территорию.
