Проблема с DAT

I tried to compile it with MSVC and run lamecrypt.exe under windows 7 x64, but it said "TitanEngine.dll is missing".
I'm not able to decrypt these two files.

These two files should be encrypted by Lineage 2 ver.413 at first, then someone decrypted it and re-encrypt them with another way and that's why we got different header, L2_encdec just can't recognize them.

Grab TitanEngine_x64.dll (in bin folder) from archive.

well I compile it but when try unpack files I got the file is not a DEB file so this no work.
