Item stacking/name fixes (Submitted by greg.djrais).
Roll back to the old spawn code. This fixes a pretty major memory leak condition caused by the _mobs array list. I think maybe the next merge we should look at the new code and fix it properly, but for now, this fixes the leak. The side affect is bosses wont despawn once their window is over now I believe. We should be every bit as stable as we were pre-merge at this point, maybe being milestone 6 worthy.
Renamed update_046-pending.sql.
Finalized update_045, started update_046, and added a couple of tqd droprate changes.
Fixed indenting in build.xml.
Update dc_checkdropmops stored proc to order by chance.
Changed skill stacking to more closely match existing skill code.
Reduce the number of teleport traps in haunted house.

Fix bug with other chars not seeing the decrease weight spell cast graphic.
Fixes for dark elf apprentice and several slight drop modifications.
