- TvT price will be given back on unregistering from the event.
- Added new skill effect {i_pledge_name_value;amount} - this will add/del clan's reputation points.
- Added example item for above effect: Scroll of Reputation (this item will increase clan's reputation by 100).
- Added new skill effect {i_update_pledge_skill;skill_id} - this will add/update clan skill with specified id - pledge level requirement will still be active.
- Added new operate_cond {op_can_update_pledge_skill;skill_id} - will check if player can update clan skill.
- Added example item for above effect: Scroll of Clan Vitality.
